How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule your service online. We’ll come to your location, pick up your laundry, and return it fresh, folded, and ready—right to your door.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we require a 30lb minimum for all laundry pickups.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
Not necessarily! You can leave your laundry in a secure location and provide instructions when placing your order.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
Prices start as low as $1.12/lb for basic service. Upgrades like Signature Folds or Sensitive Wash are available at additional cost. Full pricing is available on the Services page.
When do I pay?
Your laundry will be weighed upon arrival at our partnered laundromat, and you’ll only be charged after it’s received and processed. We’ll send you a detailed invoice with the final weight and cost for complete transparency.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees—ever. Transparent pricing is part of the Purefolds promise.
Laundry Care & Preferences
Can I choose my detergent or fabric softener?
Yes! Choose between our standard or sensitive products. Leave a note with any special instructions during checkout.
How do you fold clothes?
Our folding process is what sets us apart. With Pure Signature, each piece is folded with precision—shirt by shirt, sock by sock—just the way you’d do it (or better).
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
We take great care with your laundry. In the rare event of damage or loss, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
